Mike Liu, CEO of FreeFuse has added value to our project in numerous ways. He has given us access to tools and resources to help us work more efficiently and provided valuable feedback to the team throughout the 20-week process. Mike introduced us to tools and resources like the custom Chat GPT tool loaded with the mission, values, and goals of FreeFuse as well as any many relevant documents we need to complete research for our project. Additionally, he provided a shared google drive that was used to share documents between client and the team, access to a dedicated Discord channel for easy communication, and Fireflies to record team meetings. Mike has offered invaluable feedback regarding areas for improvement. For example, he asked us to prioritize user experience, data integrity, and clarity in designing the KPI dashboard. As a result, our team focused on simple interactive graphs and tables that are easy to understand, visually appealing, and engaging. This feedback has been key in ensuing alignment with the project goals. Working with Mike and FreeFuse was a very positive and enlightening experience and I would love to work with them in the future.

Good learning experience! I realized how solving a business problem in the CRM world mirrors real-world challenges — there's rarely a clear-cut solution. We need to be dynamic and adaptable. At the same time, having a structured system in place to track and manage everything makes a big difference.
