  During Q3 2025, I had the opportunity to work with Peak Beverage on a project focused on market analysis and customer retention strategy. This experience allowed me to apply classroom concepts to a real business environment, where I conducted data collection, cleaning, and exploratory analysis to identify patterns in purchasing behavior and customer engagement.
One of the most valuable aspects was learning how to translate raw data into actionable insights for decision-making. By segmenting customers based on frequency of purchases and product preferences, I was able to highlight opportunities to improve loyalty initiatives and recommend strategies such as personalized promotions, loyalty rewards, and targeted communication.
Peak Beverage provided a collaborative and supportive environment, encouraging me to not only use technical skills (Excel, SQL, and data visualization) but also to practice business storytelling — presenting findings in a way that was clear and relevant to non-technical stakeholders.
Overall, this project deepened my understanding of how data analysis supports strategic business objectives. It strengthened my skills in market research, retention modeling, and data-driven decision making, while giving me hands-on experience with the challenges and opportunities businesses face in improving customer retention.
