The objective of this project is to:


Design and launch a professional website for JIT Logistics Inc., a delivery and logistics company serving Ontario. The site will highlight our services such as last-mile delivery, freight transport, and e-commerce logistics, while also making it easy for potential customers to request quotes and get in touch.


Desired outcomes by the end of the project:

  • Build a responsive, mobile-friendly website that reflects JIT Logistics’ brand identity
  • Create essential pages: Home, About Us, Services, Service Areas, Contact/Quote Form
  • Develop a simple intake form so businesses can request shipping/delivery quotes online
  • Showcase JIT Logistics’ differentiators (reliable service, Ontario coverage, competitive pricing)
  • Ensure website loads fast and is optimized for basic SEO (keywords: “Ontario delivery service,” “Brampton logistics,” etc.)
  • Deploy the website live on a free host (GitHub Pages, Netlify) with instructions for future updates

Deliverables

By the end of the project, examples of outcomes are:

  • A fully functional website with at least 5 pages (Home, About, Services, Service Areas, Contact)
  • An online intake form where potential customers can request quotes or submit inquiries
  • A design that uses JIT Logistics’ colors (blue, white, grey) and includes the company logo
  • Clear service descriptions (last-mile delivery, freight transport, e-commerce logistics solutions)
  • Deployment of the website so it can be accessed publicly


Final deliverables should include:

  1. Live website URL + full source code in a GitHub repository
  2. Content draft for each page (headings, text, contact form fields)
  3. 1-page design brief including chosen colors, fonts, and layout for JIT Logistics
